Brendan was acquired via trade from Orlando for Laron Profit and a first round pick on August 1, 2001. He increased his scoring average in each of his first four professional seasons. He averaged 7.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.4 blocks per game in 367 career games with 268 starts. He pulled down his 1,000 rebound on March 9, 2004 versus Denver. He had a career-high of 23 points versus Detroit at MCI Center on November 29, 2003. He grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds at Dallas on December 2, 2003. He has registered two games in his career with seven blocked shots, one of which tied an MCI record for blocks in a game on December 19, 2001. He was named NBA Rookie of the Month in December 2001.
